Refund policy

RETURNS:

We want you to feel happy about your selection of our product. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason or wish to exchange it, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to inform us of your intent to return the product. Our team strives to meet and exceed your expectations. Luxier Keepsakes will take back any product within 30 days of purchase and provide a full product refund, less return shipping fee. Simply contact us with your name, order number and the product you wish to return. We will provide you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with further instructions.

For our Full Refund Guarantee:
1. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. The product must not have been filled with ashes and be in new, resellable condition, and in its original packaging.
3. The product must not have been personalized or engraved.
4. The 14K solid gold and platinum products are not eligible for a refund.

In the event the return is a result of our error, we will refund or exchange your product and we will pay the shipping fee.
