U.S. SHIPPING:

Luxier Keepsakes is proud to offer free standard shipping within the continental United States. **Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & the U.S. Virgin Islands. We utilize USPS, UPS or FedEx Ground. In stock items are shipped the same day if the orders are placed by 1PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 1PM Eastern Standard Time, will ship the following Monday. For orders that require customization, current production time is 2-3 business days, plus shipping time.

Orders are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and on the following U.S. Federal Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Please note: Solid Gold and Platinum jewelry MUST have the same billing and shipping information. Please allow 4-5 weeks for Solid Gold and Platinum jewelry to be customized.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship to most countries, including Canada, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and New Zealand. If you find that we do not ship to your country, please contact us to see how we may assist you.

Your order will be processed in the same manner as U.S. orders, however, we ship via USPS only. We find this is the most cost effective option for our international customers. Once your product reaches customs and depending on your country, you will have to pay duty and tax on your product. This fee is not a charge from Luxier Keepsakes. For more information about paying duty and taxes when shipping to your country, please contact your country's mail delivery authority.
